Fserve max sends being exceeded

Hi all, I am running Invision 3.0 (March '08) edition under Mirc 6.31. I have my fserve max sends set to 1, but, on several occasions, I have noticed it sending 2 at a time. The fserve add displays 'Sends 2/1'. How can I correct this?

Make sure you don't have Instasend enabled. If enabled, it will send files that are smaller than the size set in options regardless of the number of sends already going.
