color settings are lost in one network, but fine in another

I tried that and it's still giving me trouble. I deleted the channel with the problems. I made my settings on one channel and checked global settings. I go back on the server and now the usernames are grey. I clicked enable the colors, but they are different colors than what I had.

Oh boy, this is confusing.
