XDCC Manager

Been running a XDCC for a few days.
The ad that is displayed in the channel will no longer display automatically.
It has been set to 20 min. After 20 mins nothing , you have to manually click verbose ad >say.
I have asked in my channel and cannot get a answer....any ideas?

is the queue full? it halts advertising if the queue is full and then automatically resumes advertising when a slot is free
