Fserv Explorer Problems

I have encountered two problems with the Fserv Explorer. #1: The window is NOT resizable, with a 1024 X 768 screen resolution the explorer window takes up more than the whole screen, making it very hard to use, please make the window resizable, or atleast smaller. #2 when attempting to download a .zip file it sent me into another directory, one containing no files entitled "unknown directory" or something to that extent, however when downloading this file from the command line using the 'GET' command i was successfull in downloading the file. I'm not sure if it is only .zip files that have this problem, tho i had no problem downloading .rar files. Thanks
