repeated [time] [<nick> XDCC send #3 ]

I am running an XDCC server. I keep getting the following text in my status window:

[9:44am] [<nick> XDCC send #3 ]
[9:45am] [<nick> XDCC send #3 ]
[9:46am] [<nick> XDCC send #3 ]
[9:47am] [<nick> XDCC send #3 ]
etc...

Invision tries to send pack #3 to a particular nick, more than once a minute. There is no good reason for this behaviour.

I have tried exiting mIRC and restarting, plus everything else such as stopping/starting XDCC server.

I have even removed all packs except #1 and #2, and now I get following
[9:57am] DCC Send of None to <nick>: Unable to open file

Any ideas?

I have mIRC 6.03 and Invision 2.0 build 2418

ok, I guess it means a nick was hammering my XDCC server ?
