global file server manager

I am two irc network and i configured the file server manager (global settings) to only have 1 send and 10 queues but whenever people queue on either network i get a separate send and queue pool for each network.
is there a way to keep only 1 send and queues for two different networks? I hope there is a way to do this. I really love invision and i dont want to change to another script that could integrate sends and queues for multi-network connection.
