Announcer and Requester get stuck on!!

i never used the announcer or requester before. but i wanted to try them out. so i set em up and turned em on. got banned for requesting on a channel i wasnt supposed to..ok. NOW every once and awhile they both turn on for NO reason. ill go in turn them off and they will still stay on. anyone else have this problem or is it just my bad luck.

lemme know that im not the only person with this problem.
