Echo on Nick Completion with Speech Color enabled.

Postby [MaVeRiCk] » Wed Apr 02, 2003 6:38 am

If you have Speech Color enabled, and type a message to someone using nick completion (example "[MaV: hello") it echos, you get the following result.

[11:47pm] <@[PoD]> ?[MaVeRiCk]? boo
[11:47pm] <@[PoD]> [m: boo

It does it with latest version and fixes. Not major but I thought I would report it anyway :)

Nar that doesnt do anything. I have tested pretty much most thigns that would conflict.. but its just the speech color and nick completion that conflict with an echo.. a few people done it as well and saw the problem.. but as i said its nothing major ;) even if it is something that is ticked or not that conflicts and causes the problem, it would be good for it to be made clear or fixed in future versions to solve the prob for others :)

thanks for the suggestion though.

p.s it only conflicts on manual nick completion, when you dbl click on a user etc. to do nick completion its fine.
