Invision just turned off most options

I have been using Invision for some time now, but this is the first time I have had this kind of problem. When I started Invison, almost everything was turned off, stuff like sounds and ad capture etc. Invision was shut down properly last time it was used, and the warning did not appear. All script files scanned ok at startup.

I find this really irritating as I had Invision setup just the way I wanted it, now I hafta do it all over again.

I use Invision 2.0 Build 2520 with the fix installed.
