404 error from bots

I constantly get a 404 error cannot send to channel when I try to download a file from one of the xdcc bots. Does anyone know what this is and how I can correct it. Also my name shows up in red in the user list. Any help is greatly appreciated. Also I can download from the triggers but not from xdcc bots. This error is not from just 1 or 2 channels but from every one that I've tried. Thanks for any help.

are you sure your using the complete /msg line for the bot's, just thought i would see if that is problem if so esy to fix just copy paste the entire message line i/e .... /msg XdccBiatch007 xdcc send #12

Thats not the problem its something else that I haven't been able to figure out.

Sounds like the channel is moderated and you are not voiced.
