blackened buttons

Postby impulsive » Mon Feb 16, 2004 4:25 pm

The buttons that are used too toggle between windows in mirc often go black, or at least the images that are on the buttons. I am wondering if this is an issue with my installation or if it is a problem that has occured with others. Someone please help it is really annoying?[/img]

With the new mirc/invision, load up the theme i2b3323.i2t and you should be set. I believe this is in the documentation somewhere. :)
You can find me at #Invision on irc.irchighway.net or #OldGames on irc.undernet.org if you need me for anything.

Well the theme bit was tried but was not the problem. Again a quick description of what is happening. When I start invision everything is fine. But shortly after I start the program and sit in channel. The little images in the buttons used too switch between channels go black and even the progess bars contained within used too monitor the progress of file transfers. It's more annoying than anything but I would like too fix the problem none the less! anyone out there that has had this problem and either knows what causes it or knows how to fix it. (or both) please answer me back with that information or you can find me in irc.betasirc.net #mp3-chat or #mp3-xdcc. I am a chann operator there and will reward you for the help.
Thanks Impulsive ;)

I wonder if you don't have a messed up DLL
Try to overwrite msvcrt40.dll, msvcp70.dll and mfc70*.dll with "good ones" or reinstall mIRC (not invision, only mIRC).
