Possible WordWatch Problem

Is there some kind of time limit with the wordwatch? Like can only 2 things be triggered per minute or something? Because I used it to set up a simple Help thing where you type !Help and in a /notice you get a list of commands. I have tried all of them in various orders but it seems that only about 2 work when you use them quickly. Don't know if there would be any way to change this.
