Invision

Dunno if this is a problem with mirc as a whole, but everytime I try and open invision as of today(the day I installed winamp 5.0 full retail) I get an error in the amp_in.dll, if there is a way to make it recognize 5.0 that would be sick, cause my channel is gonna wonder where the hell I've been..and deny my distro hahah

Make sure you have the current AMIP v2.45 for Winamp 2.x / Winamp 5 / Apollo (current). from http://amip.tools-for.net/index.php?content=download

I dont use winamp so not sure what else u can do.

I had the same issue but simply starting using winamp 2.92, best version made.

plus, i play Counter-STrike Source, i use a script with that to allow me to choose playlists while ingame, and it only works with this version of winamp, but

it works flawlessly and fluidly with winamp/irc playback.

i upgraded from the old invision to the new and have no probs with winamp, but i use configureator for amip, maby it makes a difference? also make sure you have your winamp directory setup correctly in invision main settings under the advanced tab, else it wont work for you
