Are you sure it's not mIRC settings? If you pull the EXE, you're not pulling mIRC's settings... just default settings.
Come to the Invision channel listed below and talk to us. We can probably get it figured out for you.

Im not a n00b. Of course I pulled the Mirc settings also, as stated in the above post. It is DEFINETLY an Invision Problem, I have tested it OVER and OVER again. RESUMES work with EVERY other script and non-scripted Mirc. I have looked for a version of Invision previous to the current 3515 release, but to no avail. If you would tell me where I could find a download for it, I would gladly test it.
