Adding channels to auto-join on connect

When adding channels to auto-join on connect (doing it right clicking on channel and then "add #channel to Auto-Join"), I discovered a little bug. If channels are already present in the channel folder, Invision create anyway a new entry in the list, so you'll have more entry for the same channel.
