Please Help asap

Please help ME asap, I am completely damned about what I have done.....

I have used Invision for many years but after a recent break away from IRC and the computer I have come back.
My problem is that whenever I download Invision from your website and then download mIRC into the same Folder as Invision I go to start it up and it just loads like mIRC and not in the way that Invision does with its different colours and sounds and also doesnt have the tab for Invision in the Menu at the top of the screen.

I feel stupid for this but I am probably doing something wrong.
I am happy to start afresh with a new Folder etc if someone is able to give me a quick Step by Step rundown on what I have done wrong and what I have to do.

There is a sticky post with installation instructions. The part you're missing states to install mIRC first and then install Invision to the exact same folder mIRC was installed in.
