It still pops up in colors when you set yourself as away??
Or is it just me that have this problem, so I may sound stupid now, but when ppl see my away message on query the -I-n-v-i-s-i-o-n <whatever away reason> won't appear or will it just say "Is away <whatever reason>"?
Isn't it some kinda way to remove that all togheter?
So it kinda can set the message as /me feature?

Like "NoAngel is away <reason>"

Works fine here:

* Riamus is back from test. I was gone for 13secs —I-n-v-i-s-i-o-n—

To remove the logo, enable Stealth mode in main settings on the network(s) that you want it to not show the logo. And make sure you're using a current version of Invision.
