Fileserver autostart

When I join a channel with the fserver running i get banned for excess coding in the channel. I make sure to turn off the fserve before i join the channel but a few seconds later it auto-starts. I have made sure the "auto-start on connect" is disabled. Is there any way to set a buffer or delay, so the fserver doesnt show an ad as soon as i join the channel? And why does it restart after i turn it off?

You will need to turn off Auto-Start on Connect and also Stop or Pause the Fserv from the right click menu before joining the channel or before quitting/parting/disconnecting.
