setting fileserve to silent

I can't seem to figure out how to make my file server silent. I want it to only reply to !lists, can anybody tell me what I've missed?

and I want it to only be /ctcp

there is a post on the bugs and fixes section to make that run silent. To make your trigger ctcp only that is located under your file server manager CTCP TRIGGERS ONLY
