turn off/on request/announcer advertiser

Hi, I don't kno why but my Request Advertiser is on automatically, even I unchecked the option in >> Invision >> Request advertiser. It's probably because of my restore from a backup file. But anyway, it's not a problem, can anyone tell me how to turn it off? I can't find where is the turning off option of request aadvertiser and the announcer.

Will turn them off also you can go into each one and remove the check for all channels and see if that helps if not come back
