unignore?

I have been using Invision for a few years now and am currently using build 3515. I am trying to unignore someone and no matter how many times I right click on their nick and go to the User List and unignore both his nick and his domain he continues to remain ignored unless he changes to another nick. If anyone could tell me how to unignore the nick I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
