Ok, what are the steps into d/ling games and software that have an extension of .001, .002, and so forth. whay dont they have and exe or zip file? What are the steps into downloading and installing them. I have winrar, which I heard i will need.

Just open them in WinRAR. As for any other information, we don't support illegal downloading of software.
