Help! Fserve problem

Help! New to both mirc and Invision - and till today hadn't set up a server (naughty boy!) so I needed to set up Fserve - giving only permissions to voices and ops etc - using build 3515 can't set these permissions, so a search led me to the Patch - installed the patch and still dont see anywhere to set permissions - I have confirmed with Display ? Advertise Script that the patch is running - so what am i doing wrong?

eally need help urgently on this one guys and gals.

Self help is the best kind!

Uninstalled mIRC 6.16 and installed 6.14 and worked a treat with the upgrade patch.
