invision without sound-possible?

Is there anyway I can run Invision without having sounds?

Go to Sound Manager and disable them. Note that sounds are network dependent, so you want to either disable them globally before connecting anywhere, or disable them on each network individually.

Also, depending if you're running a theme with custom sounds, you might also need to go into Theme Manager and change sound settings in there as well.

Well, you could probably find someone who would set up Invision and send it to you with whatever settings already set for you.

And, if you do like I said, the sound will stay off. Just remember that just because you turn it off on one network doesn't mean it won't be off on the rest. That's what global is for (you set that up before connecting to any networks). If you want to change global settings and have it work for every network including ones you've been to, you may want to reinstall and not import settings and then don't connect to anything until you've set everything up the way you want. You can use the force global settings option, but that can be a pain if you like having specific settings for different networks.
