Pause XDCC server/Losing server queues

Maybe a noob question here;
First, is there a way to pause your xdcc server in build 3515? I've seen other posts saying to 'Right click in channel > Server Controls > File Server > Pause server' but I don't have the pause option under xdcc server.
Second, and i've seen references to this in other posts as well but no solutions, is there a way to keep your server's queues when you get disconnected/reconnected automatically ([10053] Software caused connection abort)? I only have 10 queue slots but they're usually full and unless I happened to look at them and remember a few nicks to replace the queues for, it causes quite a shuffle.
If its just a matter of waiting for these issues to be ironed out for a future release I can wait, but if its just something I'm doing wrong I'd rather know than stay ignorant.
Any help you can offer would be appreciated.
