1) Don't use XP's firewall... it's not any good.

2) Whoever gets that message needs to type that command. They also need to forward the port mentioned in their firewall/router. All routers and firewalls are different with forwarding ports. Check out for more information, or look in your router's manual or the website of the router.

also maybe that person has the reverse dcc option set and it dont need to be the 6060 is the default setting in Invision try having them turn it off under Invision by Clicking on the DCC Magaer then go to the setup tab and remove the check at the botton next to 6060
