This is third time when /whois command stopped working. Cant do that via 411 or command line. Any suggesttions. I dont want to install Invision zillionth time

Hi!
This is third time when /whois command stopped working. Cant do that via 411 or command line. Any suggesttions. I dont want to install Invision zillionth time
