Why is even the newest Invision missing any options to Half-Op ppl. Is there and add-on or do I need to script myself. Userlists, chan command are all missing halp-op % options, on +v/+@ ??

You will need to force Halfopoption under Invision> Main Settings > ADV Tab and check ForceAlways this will give u the popup options
