D/L speed is soooooooo slow.

There are no settings to limit download speed, I would suggest if your download speed is that slow with all downloads u try recycling the power to your pc and modem, it might help. Also try a speed check using a reliable online Bandwidth speed check and if the results aren't up to expected contact your isp.

Try limiting your send speed to 10% below max. to allow more bandwidth for packet receipts. Good luck.
