svchost.exe

the last 2days when i run invision (most of the time 2 add the same time)
and i go to surf on the internet everything stops and svchost.exe is jusing 100% of my pc
also the last 2 days i cant open 1 folder on my pc is this a problem whit the invision running add the same time(it workt good for some days and its working for a friend of me)
or is this a virus ??

Svchost is a windows service when its pumping at 100% try to end the Mirc process or shut it down and see if its still shooting up may be anothe rprogram your running that is spiking your CPU
