I realize once the queue is full it will stop listing, but is there a way around that? : )

It stops so that u dont keep getting flooded with requests u could set a timer to show it ie...

/timersxdcc 0 600 /advertise say xdcc 1

That will show your xdcc ad every 10 mins thn to stop the timer

/timersxdcc off

U can put that timer command in your perform box
