421 Unknown Command ??

Question,,

Whenever I startup I receive the following error in my status screen:
ERROR> 421 : Unknown command : MAINHELP

I also see the error popup ocassionally during a session ??

One more Question, Whenever I startup Invision, all the settings I have made in > Main Settings > Filtering and Nick Serv are cleared ??
