Software caused disconnect

Can anybody tell me whats wrong?
I tend to stay on a lot but every night I get disconnected and it says in the status screen that software caused disscontect. I have uninstalled and reinstallled invision and keep getting this message. I am currently running microsoft xp professional as an os can anybody tell me how to fix this.....

Not sure what that means I used to get it alot until I started using a diffrent server. Also my quit message was ping timeout. try using another server
