This server is using an alternate server method, please make sure your DCC Server is active and set to port 59. /dccserver +sc on 59. This is a mIRC command.
What most I do so that this works.

Could you give some guidelines on how to open and forward port 59? I'm on cable here but if you tell me where to look for it in a general way I could probably find it... this stuff is really bad since it's like, some areas (like anime, for instance) are so crowed with alternate serving method that it's not at all alternate, but rather the standard.
