I have a few questions

OK, I'm new with this, and couldent find the answer to these questions anywhere else, so I was hopeing someone could help me.

-Is there anyway to "announce" what MP3 you are currently listening to for winamp3?

-Is there anyway to kick people if they say a certain word. For example, if I put a kick on "die" and someone said die, I would kick them?
