People can connect to my fserve but it doesn't work past...

Fserve problem.

People can connect to my fserve but after doing so they only get the into line stating the invision version / build and it just hangs there and doen't continue on to the stats most requested welcome file etc.

However setting it up on my laptop using the same mIRC/Invision versions and ports on my router there is no problem but on my PC it doesn't work.

I am using mIRC 6.03 and Invision build 2520.

Please help
