I get this message when starting invision:

Im a little worried with port 80, are they all the proga using that port or just examples?

Just examples.
If you're running a virus program with current definitions, you should be safe.

Dude dont worry bout port 80 thats the port used by the Internet Explorer (or other surf program). Another usual ports for your info in case they show up:
21=ftp
81=ssl connection via IE
And others ... u can find a detailed list (be careful 56k it;s a long list)
