Problem With My Identd

For some reason, my IdentD will not keep the name i choose for it once ive logged online. I have it set to display Street, which should look like this : Street@adsl-156-133-145.bgk.bellsouth.net



but it comes off as this....

and everytime i connect up, it changes to more alpha-numeric stuff....
Ive tried reinstalling mirc, but i keep getting the same problem....

could i have a virus? could someone be hacking me?

please respond to this, any help would be greatly appriciated.

I'm thinking that this is a network specific case. When you connect to other networks, DALnet or Efnet for example, does your IdentD turn to alphanumerics? Do other ppl on the network have alphanumeric IdentD's?
