Send not working (queue problem)

Ppl logs in, tag file. First file in entire queue start sending. After this file is done server just doesn't do anything .. not sending more files even if there is stuff queued. If I go in queue manager and select the next file in queue and press send queue now file is sending just fine but doesn't send the next after either. I updated with the bugfix on the channel and reinstalled everything also .. I'm clueless now
