while away net split will flood and knock me off irc the it will auto log me back in but it always wants me to identity myself

I have this setup in invision NickServ auto reponser but is doesn't seem to be working it this my problem of something with invision??

After I do this then I get the message:

4:57pm] *NickServ* Password accepted - you are now recognized.

should this process be automated??
