A silly question

when someone join the channel, it will display a message :
<nickname> () has joined but it is a Clone of <all nicks in this channel> ((xxx people))

how to make it becomes this :
<nickname> () has joined #<channel>

I'm not sure I understand your question... but I can tell you why it says that. If multiple people are connecting through the same connection, you'll get a clone message. On a channel I hang out in on slashnet, 5 different people are using the same connection and so show up as clones of each other.

If you're asking how you can get it to stop telling you that, I have no idea if you can, nor why you'd want it to.

Try turning off "Update IAL on Channel Join"
Invision uses the IAL to find clones.
You will still get clone messages as the IAL is filling up over time, but not as much as before.

Invision -> Main Settings -> Additional Settings -> Hide Clones in JOIN messages

There you go, just found it today myself, no more clone notifications in join messages.
