Backing up files

Hey guys, is there any certain files that i can backup so that i can restore all the settings again once i get rid of invision, cause i need to format my pc.. and if there is will these settings include all the records, like files sent, and how man gig has sent out and stuff like that

If you don't want to save the whole mIRC dir, save the settings dir and all .ini files.
Don't trust me on this. I would save the whole thing just to be sure.
