Trigger in public text trigger not recognized

Hey there. I've got an fserve set up. I've got one of two problems.

1) My server won't respond to public text triggers. My trigger is !Give me Crap and when anyone types it, nothing happens. Doesn't work for me either. I can launch fserve fine by right-clicking on my nick and launching it from the menu, but that's not how others are accessing it. What am I missing?

2) In order to work around this problem, I enabled /CTCP. However, my trigger is still advertised as !Give me Crap. If I change the trigger to /CTCP CrapONez !Give me Crap, I get an unrecognized error. How can I update the trigger name in the add to include the /CTCP <my nick>?

But if I get a satisfactory answer to 1, I don't need an answer to 2, although both would be nice. Thx.

1) are u sure that you have your fserve turned on?
2) just click the enable ctcp box in the fserve settings. its right beside the trigger box.

I dropped Invision and installed SysReset. Everything working fine now.
