that's jus the invision PortCheck, when enabled will scan selected local ports (your own system) to see which ports are in use. This can be usefull if you suspect something might be using a port or listening that you don't want. if you want to turn it off/on, go to invision, main settings, protection, and uncheck run portcheck at startup.
