enter, leave, quit IRC notification

Hi, small prob... My notifications for when people enter, leave, quit IRC is not working... it hasnt since i installed 2520. I remember it working a few mos ago

make sure u've installed the bug fixes for version 2520 which u can get from #invision at irc.irchighway.net, type /server -m irc.irchighway.net
Also check if any join/part events are hidden in file, options, IRC, events.
