I've just reinstall my invision after a while not using it...everything went smoothly but I can't find nowhere to cap my upload speed so i could surfe the net a bit faster...any help would be appreciate.

Invision > dcc Manager >setup > dcc per send bandwitdh limit. and total server bandwidth limiit....
