Use Ctrl Enter when sending a line into the channel.

Yeah the control-enter thing helped me out with one of my problems too - namely the automatic nick completion and colorization. Thing is, I want to be able to reverse the functionality - ie. only do the automatic stuff on ctrl-enter, and just send normal text on enter.
Anyone know how to do this? I've looked thru every bloody setting I could find - I'm at the stage where I'm looking thru the script files to find some way of disabling it. Infact it pissed me off so much I uninstalled Invision, but then I just couldnt live without it for some reason :/

It would not be easy to do what you want.
The check for the Ctrl-Enter combination is done at every place it's needed/used in the sources.
