Problem with connect on dcc chat and fserv

i've been tring for the last 3 days on setting up my server. I have a dell true mobile 1850 wireless router. I have the ports open 59,113,4000-4010, and 6060. I'm able to send files to people with no problem. If i just use mirc with no scripts or add on i can send files and dcc chat anyone so it can't be the router but i'm out of ideas on what do to any help would be nice thanks.[/b]

for some reason its tring to use ports 61000-655555.

The ports beeing used is set up in Mirc Options -> DCC -> Options
Enter 4000 as first and 4010 as last.

mirc is already setup with thos ports.
