i would like to run a script that displays like a private message to the user in the chan when he types the trigger but excludes anybody higher than a voice

Can you give an example of what you want to do?

Do you want it so that if anyone other than an op typed a trigger, they would get a message such as "This trigger is for ops only" or something like that? Or are you looking for it to do something else?
