invision DCC chat pop up box not working???

When I try to connect to a bot with a trigger I get a box which saids "the user below is attempting to initiate a private chat session with you" and it opens a private message window instead of using the invision pop up with the click on commands. It just stopped working, it used to be ok before.
Any ideas? its driving me crazy having to type the commands all the time

invision > main settings > general

check the "use fserv explorer" box

click apply
